Doesn't matter what our hand is here, I can see this line being +ev as long as you don't have history with him. His 3 barrel range from UTG is strong but unless he binked JJ it's an uncomfortable call. Probably shouldn't challenge dudes at this level to make hero folds though so I would personally go fold>>ship>>>>>call

If you are you going to bluff, why didnt you bluff the turn card as 5x is in your range. If you raise the turn and then jam the river you force V to have a str8+.

I personally would review your previous choices. The Flop doesn't hit either of your ranges, therefore a continuation bet could be in place. His range is uncapped as other people said above, Lets say (66+ AJ+).
The turn is another 5 which doesn't complete any draw and pretty much eliminates the chance that you might have pocket 5. If I Cbet the flop with air, a 5 is a very safe card to fire a second barrel. Now, the sizing of the river bet strikes me as a value bet, since I think most people would go bigger on a third barrel bluff.
In my opinion a viable way to play this hand would have been a turn re raise that shed some light on your opponents holding.
Its very hard to know where you are standing taking such passive lines, I know everybody will say that information hunting bets are outdated and is a fishy play in 2017 but with his UTG raise range you know that the only way you are ahead in that hand is if he has overcards to the board. And it is in your interest that he doesn't get to see all 5 shared cards in that case. I would probably re raise turn and fold to a river bet.
