NL100 Do I really fold if I don't have a read yet? NL100 Do I really fold if I don't have a read yet?

I play a pretty LAG style but I didn't want to be all in on these tables. I should note that I am definitely a losing player but I do well at NL100 lately. I don't have numbers and even if I did have numbers it would be less than 2000 hands. I have only been at each of these tables for 10 hands or so and these came up. How did I play them?

hand one, this is the reason why its not a great idea to open this hand utg too often, anyway i just call flop with this many in the hand, 1/2 psb turn, and c/f river

hand two, raise it up much bigger pf esp. from the blinds, i bet the whole way and call the turn push

Both hands are pretty bad.

1st hand: Raise more pre, $4. Raise the flop when he donks into you with a weak bet, you will take the hand down so often if you do this. If you decide to bet the turn it needs to be a lot bigger ($23ish) but your hand is never good here with 4 people in the pot on this board so give up. As played river is an easy c/f.

2nd hand: Raise more pre, you're OOP and there are already 3 people in the pot - $17/18 would be better. As played, a bit more on the flop would be good, this makes it easier to get it in on the turn. I prefer to push the turn myself but as played its a snap call. He could have QQ/JJ/J10/99/89 here

WOW, didn't realize how bad I really am. Back to the books...haha

I def see in hand 1 that it was badly played, hand 2, not as much but I def understand everything you guys are saying.

I really appreciate all the quick responses!
