***NEW STUDY GROUP***

If you a serious grinder looking to improve your game, build a bankroll, and move up stakes, then PM if you're interested in starting a study group that will meet on a regular schedule.

This group is for:

-serious, motivated, and committed cash game players only and who are in this for the long run
-micro to small stakes (10NL to 100NL)
-use HM or PT
-willing to meet at least once a week or every other week at a specific time for a few hours to review hands or sweat
-US players preferred due to time zone (I'm in the west coast and prefer meeting later in the evening or around lunch time as I have a full-time job), but I am open to anyone in the world so long as you can meet the criteria above and we can work something out.

Every time we meet, we will review marked hands from our previous sessions so it would be ideal if you play regularly so you bring some of your own hands to the discussion. We'll also change it up and do sweat sessions from time to time. The point is to have a close-knit group that is structured and meets regularly so the group doesn't just fizzle out like most skype groups. The focus will be on improving our game and helping one another.

PM if you are interested and tell me a little about yourself (stakes, experience, goals, etc.). Let me know about your availability too.

SolidSnake07,

I desire to be part of this skype group. I play everyday - usually 3-4 live days a week and 4-7 online days a week. I used to play online for a living back in the 2006-2009 era. It was way easier back then. I've since played on Carbon Poker within the last year and now play on Bovada. I'm grinding 50NL right now. I read poker books and forums daily, watch videos etc. I'm looking to get some recommendations on a solid setup as far as running a HUD and which database/review program I want to use. I've used PT in the past but I'm not so sure Bovada is going to be a good place to use that. I'm still exploring and feeling out the scene in this new era. Thus my outreach here tonight. Kinda trying to find my niche still. I'm about a month back into the scene.

I would reply to you privately, but I just created my account and my PM abilities have not been "activated" yet.

I have taken time to complete a couple profile details and add an avatar as I don't care to appear like a dud firework that's going to fizzle out. I'm a serious player, and I'm not going anywhere. I will be an equal contributor in this group for sure.

Can you send me your skype so we can chat in private? I think you would make a good addition to the group based on the above.

Looking for a study group of 100nl+ 6 max grinders on bovada. I'm very serious and grind everyday, looking for others who are looking to take their game to the next level. I've been mainly a tournament player and recently have been focusing on cash games.
If any 100nl+ players on Bovada have a group or are looking to start one pm me, I'm ready to put in hard work and volume.

I just want other Bovada players as I think the games are different from most and hopefully we can help each other crush these specific games like no one else!

Hello, I wish to join working skype group. Living in US so playing online at Bovada with .5-1$ and 1-2$ cash games, or deepstack tournaments. Usually play 3-4 days a week due real life, occasionally on weekends going to actual card rooms to play 1-2 or 2-5 NL Holdem or good rebuy tourney (have option of 5$ for 5k guarantee, 20$rebuy tourney in the area). Currently not sure about tracking program, since Poker Tracker not working properly with bovada in my hands. Thank you.

Recruiting for our skype group. We are mainly looking for 50nl-200nl players as this is where most of our members play, but anyone is welcome. Our group is a little different from others. We focus heavily on off-table study and encouraging eachother to do so as we believe this is by far the best way to improve. We share resources, what has worked for us, and encourage eachother heavily to check out new materials that we come across as a group. Whether it's programs such as Equilab, Flopzilla, etc, or VOD series and books that members have found useful we have an environment in which we share our resources with one another to drive our improvement. We also focus heavily on the mental and advanced BRM sides of the game and have members who have overcome tilt issues and can share strategies for such issues.

We are different in that we don't focus much on stuff like hand reviews, sweat sessions, and scheduled meetings. We do these things on a recreational basis rather than a mandatory/compulsory basis because again we believe the best way to improve is to focus on off-table study. The highlight of our group IMO is that collectively we can point you in the right direction and give you the opportunity to give back to a group that actually cares.

So, if anyone is interested in a casual group that is focused on the people, off-table study, and psychology/BRM for both poker and your real-life, PM me or add me on Skype: Chrisreeve87

We prefer 50nl-200nl players but our only true prerequisite honestly is a good attitude.

(NL50 / NL100) Looking for a study group

I am playing NL50 and am looking for ways to solidify my thought process. Currently I am living amongst high stake players which I occasionally discuss my hands with, but there still is time left for faster improvement. I am permanently targeting to increase my winrate (in terms of bb/100). right now I am additionally trying to establish myself at NL100.

My latest efforts pointed towards GTO play. (ie. reading and discussing Will Tipton's Expert Heads Up No Limit Hold'em Vol I and II) and study of GTO play in turn and river spots.

I am highly interested in
- widening my horizon to see what topics other players are studying
- content about Tilt-detection/ -control
- discussing hands/ spots and poker concepts

Please PM
