Should I bet my strong hands in spots where I don't have bluff?

Hero check/calls pot size cbet.
Turn Q223
Check check.

When hero calls the pot size bet on the flop OOP, he simply can't have random floats. Villain can fold all his air and bluffcatchers to a river bet. So should hero bet for value even when his range has no bluffs? or check river again hoping villain bluffs/bets thin?
