100bb eff. stacks. 6 handed table.

Over 100ish hands:

-Villains is a loose passive with 32% vpip, opens raises 5%, and has an agr. factor of 1. Almost never 3bets.

-hero is at 20% vpip, 16 open raise and 3ish agr factor, 3bet at 10%. Most 3bets we're targeted at the villain who's been calling down light and giving up on flop or turn, with the rare river showdown.

Preflop:

Hero is on the Button and is dealt AA, Villain is in MP.

folds to Villain, Villain raises to 2.5BB, folds to Hero, Hero raises 9BB, fold, Villain calls.

Flop : pot = 21BB

Q108

Villain checks, Hero bets 10.5BB, Villain calls

Turn: pot = 42BB

7

Villain Shoves, Hero?

I already know I made mistake on the flop with the 50% bet, I'm thinking anything inbetween 70%-90% pot size is probably better.

On the turn, I just can't see his hand being anything other than any J9s. There might be the occasional set, too. I just can't see a bluff in this spot from this type of player.

Agree passives don't bluff enough so is it possible he over values KQ/AQ here given your history/dynanic? I would think 2 pair could be likely as well.

Passives also aren't raising pre with J9. Just get it in IMO.

KQ and AQ seem quite possible in this position. However I don't feel J9 would be in his range. A set seems like the most likely hand to me. That being said, 10's or Q's would likely see a re raise pre.

So I feel the Villian may be holding 8's , 7's or maybe even 9's.

I don't think this type of villain ever open shoves on the turn here with AQ/KQ. He's been calling down light most of the times when I raised him preflop which has cost him a few pots either on the flop or turn.

I don't think I rep anything other than AJ+, JJ+ here.

If he wanted to get value from the bottom of my range with his KQ/AQ combos,he wouldnt shove here.

I mean, he's playing bad, even stupid, but i don't think I can ever call here from a loose passive and come out on top in the long run.

Just wanted to point out that loose passives (i.e. bad) players don't typically make decisons based on parts of your range.
