6 days is simply unnacceptable to have money missing. Since the update, I had money missing all the time and when I spoke to support they would say that they're looking into it. Eventually I would get the money back but I still think it's an unnacceptable bug. It's quite outrageous actually, what if you don't have a lot of money in your account and when you log back in you can't use the funds that are 'missing' to play at the tables.

I told my vip support manager at ongame that I am done playing there until this bug gets fixed. The only way they will listen is if you just stop playing there and let them know about it.

I have just started playing small DON tables at RedKings to earn a free Poker Tracker licence. My last 2 wins have not been paid, e-mail sent to support quoting table numbers and time, but no reply received yet.

Poker Tracker and SharkScope both verify my balance being incorrect.

Wow. I would never play at any site where my money comes up missing. I get the whole aspect of playing weaker players but if you don't get your money for doing so, well that is teh lamezorz

No im done with this network. Its unreal. I don't even expect to get refunded anymore. Not after they done their mini investigation and say everything is fine. Support just shove the matter over to ongame and they seem to do a extremely poor job at relocating the missing funds.

I have had the same thing happen to me three times over the last few days. I was actually deep 7/12 in an MTT and my skin Betsafe have said they will refund as below:

1. Fee back

2. Next prize to be paid out is given to all remaining players.

3. 50% of remaining prize pool equally distributed between remaining players

4. Remaining prizepool distributed to remaining players according to chipstack."

I think this will be individual to the skin though.

Yesterday I won $1500 in an MTT and didnt get it until today, and as far as I can tell when this happens it affects all MTT and STT.

I am certainly not playing there for a while after today and I would advise anyone else not to bother.

Same with cash games. One table crashed in middle of hand where I was all in, 260BB pot, set vs. overpair. My stack still hasn't been returned after 3 days.

Thank you for your message

We can see that due to some kind of error $524 are reserved in games. These funds will be returned to you within 48 hours when ongame clears up affected tables.

If you require any further assistance,
please do not hesitate to contact either myself or the customer services team again and we will be happy to help you.

Kind regards,
Lucas

So it seems to be cleared, well at least i know where i am standing. Good and quick reply..

There's already a huge thread in zoo about Ongame problems after update. Money missing, especially after system crash is pretty standard. Lots of players have reported that.

Seriously, why anyone is still playing there? When they changed the software, at first traffic dropped significantly but now is going up. I'm just curios 'why? wtf?' Just don't tell me 'good games' or something ... how does constant crashing (not being able to play), money disappearing and tilt because of that affect your win rate?

FWIW I've been caught in the middle of clearing bonus (Tower) when the change happened and it took me less than 24h to figure out there's only one correct move to make: [WITHDRAW]. Never regretted it.

Exactly. I'd like to add that given the current economic climate a minor exodus of players could certainly deal a death blow to a site; just look at how 2+2's thread on Pitbull has, by the looks of it, bankrupted Pitbull (although that's pure conjecture on my part).

When you incorporate an elevated risk of site bankruptcy (and therefore absolute ****ing ruination to your br) into the EV of a poker room, generally the correct conclusion is to get your ****ing money out as fast as you can.

Just my 2c.

Wish I had seen this thread before I made my first deposit, loads of money has just vanished. So annoyed about it, I knew things couldnt go smoothly on such a small site (heypoker).

Its a big shame cos even though I ve only played 1k hands, I can see how fishy it is, but thats not worth this stress and constant worry that youre not gona get your money. What a f'in joke.

I guess they wont reply to my email till they are back in the office. Ridiculous.

Keep us posted dude on the missing money situation as I posted a simular question in the 'what's happening at ongame' thread but the regular bum chums in that thread seem to have a private discussion going and go no joy from them.

Gee never saw your post as one of the bum chums. I have had the odd missing money but it is always back when they do the system reset or whatever it is at 3:00 AM.

Good habit to always write your starting balance down.

Hi,

We have reviewed your account and can confirm that you have $xxx reserved in games.

These funds will be credited to your account within 12 h.

Thanks for your patience.

Then I said I wanted them to guarantee it wont happen again else I wont play there again (which I knew they couldnt)

Hi,

This has happened because the table was force closed. When that happens the table got "frozen" and this could be due to the internet connection or Ongames software.

How ever will the funds always be transfered back to your account since they get reserved. This could happen sometime so we cant guarantee you that. But we can guarantee you that you will always have your funds back if it should happen again.

Thanks.

One of my tables was forced to close, but the missing money wasn't just from that table so thats rubbish from them.

Taxidel are you new to ongame also? got it back yet?

Bottom line is
  • If one table freezes and is forced close that money will dissapear
  • TYhe money will be returned to you the next morning
  • If the software crashes you do not need to lose any money just re launch the client and leave the tables or continue playing

Ongame has their issues. Choice is stay and deal with them or leave.
For me it is not an issue as I play on Hollywood Poker and know any issue I have will be promptly handled and resolved by Chris.
Bottom line if the supoport was not there than I would have an issue.

Also to avoid crashes in settings uncheck the following
  • Show Animations
  • Pop Table On Action
  • Show Hand Value
  • Show Avatars
  • If still laggy Show Sound unchecked helps alot too

Unfortunately the client, due to other issues, sometimes closes tables incorrectly without you players doing anything wrong or anything at all.

The reason why some of you experience that you have contacted support and then find the money "returned" without any word from our partner's support agents is because it happens automatically. However, the automated return process is running slow at the moment. Hence the perceived disappearance of funds.

Not in any way an excuse. Just and explanation.

The problem for some people is because Ongame now keeps player account balances in Euros, where a lot of people have their account funds in US dollars. Then once in a while, they convert funds using a new exchange rate, and some players then have either more or less money in their accounts.

I shouldn't need to tell you that this is a ****ing ******ed idea.
