Ongame hand converter? plzzz help

So...basically i´m just trying to find at least ONE way to convert my ongame hh from HEM into readable forum hands. Failed miserably so far...
No valid hand data could be detected

This is all i get when i try the 2+2 official.
The hand history I get when i choose "copy selected hands to clipboard" in HEM is this (names altered manually for now though):
