tbh, I still don't get how people can stay at 50z for like 2 years and never moving up

It's scary. Everytime you jump up a level for the first time the whole session is a non-stop pulse pounding sensation that some some people just can't deal with

Considering how some obvious bots haven't been busted or took forever to get busted, I'm not convinced they are aware

The weird part is that most bots on stars seem to be Germans. They also are completely different from the bots on other networks, as if there was a few germans that coded their own bots and have only 1 running.

I remember last year i played plo10 for fun, there were 2 germans playing 24hrs a day for a week straight with overly nitty weak stats.

Now that i am playing regular nlzoom, i see that theres a few germans with overly weak stats(35 & less WWSF) that seem to be playing almost 24 hrs a day. Though, i am very happy that there arent that many compared to other sites. Right now im waiting until have 10k hands on all of them and i'll script an analysis tool to see if there's any pattern or anti-patterns in their play.

if u use some sneakers with the screen names u can see how many hands they play per time of day, actually might have to be 25nl + but u could prove/disprove this very easily

There was one sick german bot at 500 zoom, gomoneygov or something, pretty certain he crushed.

Also DG, stars have been utter aids at both detecting and banning bots on stars. A cynical part of me believes they removed the data mining function of zoom so to make it more difficult to spot these dubious accounts. I remember reporting IDDQD55 and D3XTER or whatever their names were almost 18 months before they were banned.

There was a guy at fr playing 300-400k hands a month, playing almost 21 hours a day or some ****, after 6 months of complaints he finally got banned.... miraculously he seems to have had his account reinstated the other month. It's sad times when party are better at dealing with these issues than stars.

35 and less wwsf seems very very very far from GTO, musnt be that hard to beat I would assume, although youd rather have recs instead

I think the problem with reporting bots on stars is the attitude of the average stars regs.
On other networks we all hate the bots, we all report them continuously, we exchange notes on bots and we all agree that russians are scums(no russian fish on the other networks).

From reading a few journals on this forum, the micro and low stakes community is mostly interested in making their dreams happen and being perceived as "hot stuff" and fighting/whining about bots sends a beta image.

You guys with a good rep should all band together, make notes of each possible bot and then talk through why they could be bots, verify the data and send it to stars.

Just this week i had a bot banned on party, while nobody believed that he was a bot except me, just by using the partycaption timetell option.
All his preflop fold/raise were 3.5-6.5s long while his calls were 2.5 or less. His other stats were standard of bots that never get banned, high aggro , high wwsf, low fold, high barrel. Your standard 2knl stats crusher playing 25-100nl.

If some of you only win 2-3bb on stars with such low rake, when the bots come back in force like on other networks you'll all be losing players. Better fight them hard while there's not many on stars.

Most likely they are an even bigger problem there bc way hatder to detect and easier to code playing 20bigs eff.
It only gets a problem if you hu at ft and other guys wants to make a deal and you click ok but your bot isnt sophisticated enough to write "i agree" in chat

how many believe the cashout curse is real?
i notice it every time and just after my cashout today got 2 2outers and 1 1outer vs me in about 10 minutes

of course its real thats why i only player tf when cashing out

2nd session got 3 quads vs me so nothing surprises me anymore
