I posted in the Carbon support thread, but I thought I'd ask here as well. Is there anyway to get all my HH's from b4 I had the settings set to save? I emailed support, still waiting for a response. I checked the FAQ and that suggestion didn't go very far. Wonderinging if there's some way any of y'all might know.

fwiw, it's cause I hit a royal and want my 100BB

Yeah, i mean, riserva, roninja, galaxia1up, turulato, sanchez1973, royalpker, lonnegan...all from spain (and i've almost seen no one else from spain on this site), all shortstackers who leave when they win X bbs over the min, all have similar stats and playstyle...how are they not some kind of screwed up or in works-in-progress bots?

i mean i know that ptr has them as losers, but i just noticed that in my own databasei have all of them except lonn as winners? Obv small samples...but seems strange.

Even if hey are slight losers, that still doesn't make it okay. I mean, botting is cheating and these jerks ruin games for whatever twisted purpose they're here for.

btw obv i'm new to these merge regs threads so if this has been discussed ad naseum plz lmk.

I use MergeKeys and I think it helps a good bit if you play more than 5 tables. It can be glitchy/laggy at times tho.

Has anyone had HEM start importing most hands but missing some big ones?

Like it's missing a decent number of my allins and that sort of thing, but it's importing most of my hands, it's really weird. I don't even know if it's BCP's fault or HEM's.

BCP can't provide you with your old HH but they can query your hands played and money won/lost over any time period so I would suggest doing that monthly or whatever for record keeping purposes. My HEM misses some hands too so I have just been tracking my balance.
