I just got verified. Downloaded their verification doc, filled it out and uploaded it back. Took a few days, but not really any hassle. You might try through vip@ instead of support@.

The regular email worked for me after a series of emails over a 3 day period. I still have to deposit and then wait three weeks before being able to transfer.

Anybody having problems with HEM not importing hands on Lock? I know it missed at least 2 all ins today and has been missing hands all week.

There's a professional grimmer on Stars. He has been doing it for years, grimming for hundreds of thousands of hands. Since his exploit can only be used if a new game starts, it makes a lot of sense for him to multi site so I'm posting this in all other regular threads too. Maybe some of you have seen similar behaviour from a player, and if you PTR him you can look if his stats match and if his session history is similar.

It misses hands if you lag at all during the hand. Other than that I've had no issues.
