So how much extra rake per day do you figure iPoker is stealing with their currently "bugged" software?

Btw, is it released yet which skins will be on iPoker1/iPoker2 networks?

Hey Nirwanda,

You won't know until a little closer to the date which skins make the cut for iPoker 2.0. I do have some pretty good information however that a couple skins many people expect to stay on iPoker1 will likely qualify for iPoker 2.0

For some reason a lot of people in SNGs have been having trouble unregging from games, not sure when iPoker will have a patch out for this. Luckily my rb affiliate Organic Rakeback was able to get my buy in back when I had to leave due to an emergency and couldnt unreg.

Thanks Keys, since you seem to know more than most, will you be able to play both networks simultaneously, or will iPoker just say that you have more than one iPoker client running (like it does today)?

I really don't know with 100% certainty on this, but I would imagine you would be able to play on both networks. Since the two networks will be segregated and NOT share traffic with each other, I see now reason why you can't play on both at the same time.
07-07-2012 , 01:45 PM
More likely to not be able to imo.

Since as far as I know only the cash game tables for NL100 and lower will be seperated but all MTT, SNG and posssibly Speed tables will stay together I don't think you'd be able to run both "networks" at the same time

I'm not so convinced. I'm of the opinion that you will be able to play on both networks at the same time (perhaps only cash games). It just would make poor business since to have it any other way. I know iPoker isn't the brightest network on the block, but I think they're smart enough to figure this one out.

Yea, regs playing on more than 1 account(to play more tables) is exactly what iPoker needs...

I dont see them taking the time to fix the software so that it allows multi accounting cash, but not tournys etc. I think it will be all or nothing.

Will the 2 player pools be completely different? Like 2 completely different networks, or will they share/overlap?

This will be the key as to whether more than 1 skin will be allowed IMO.

When is this divide stuff meant to be happening? I thought it was all suppose to happen on 1st July?!?!?
07-09-2012 , 05:34 AM
nah, September 1st is the date mentioned, 1st July is when the "reviewing" process starts I guess
07-09-2012 , 06:01 AM
ah ok makes sense, and 1st July was the beta testing start time for speed i guess

new buggy autopost system costs me at least 10$/session

2 player pools will be completely different, hence why I believe players will be able to play cash games on both networks at the same time. The two networks will more or less become separate entities.

July and August are the months where iPoker will be reviewing traffic to decide which skins will be included on iPoker 2.0 and which will stay on the original network. In terms of speed poker, I'm not too up to date with what's going on with that.

this is not true, games above 100nl aren't gonna be separated.

There are barely a handful of 50NL games running for 75% of the week, why would they split this player pool even more?

what you think of the games the past 3-4 days. horrible imo, just regs.

not a single fish was seen that day

Played nights/early hours of the morning the past week, games were ok. Haven't logged on to play poker before 7pm in about 6 months.

IDK, I moved to Ongame last month, after 18 months at iPoker.

Games are much better at Ongame, but overall Im still not sure the grass is any greener. I got 33% RB last month, almost half what my deal is. The games dont seem to be THAT good to make up for it. Plus the software is so so bad. At least with iPoker, a decent mod and its all good, here with the way the seating is, its very difficult to follow the action with a HUD.

Thinking about moving back to play 20NL, I would never move back to play 50NL, its pointless with the shallow tables.

My hours were 6am-5pm GMT. Since then I tried to switch my schedule to play 10pm-3am as well as 2pm-5pm and still the games were terrible. I just cant get online for 7pm-10pm happy hours.
