I was thinking about it when I wrote my post but I am not too sure it will work. The deal is: iPoker provide the software and the licensee provide the players. So if iPoker fine their licensee, can't the licensee just say: "provide us with software detecting bots and we will get rid of them. if you don't, you only have yourselves to blame"? If iPoker provide some software, can they trust that their licensees will actively look for and ban bots when they detect them? Should it be iPoker's and not the licensee's responsibility to detect and ban bots? I don't know the terms of the deal between ipoker and their licensees (I can't find anything on iPoker's website) so this matter is very unclear to me.
