I played about 50k hands there last summer at 100nl and it is far softer than ipoker imo but because of the bonus system and the amount of hands I put in I decided it wasn't worth it. I'd rather play in tougher games if the money is the same after rb anyway, stay sharper that way. If party offered 60% flat, I'd play there without a doubt

Typo mate! Isn't the rake less on stars? Plus SN is like 40-50% rb? The point is that it is not as black and white as you think. Even if you were correct, I fail to see how pointing out these facts is of any benefit when you are playing on Ipoker yourself.

i've noticed a ****ton of 400nl+ regs moving down and making the 1/2 games awful lately on ipoker.

yeah maybe it's just me not keeping up with the rest but since black friday, games got increasingly hard on ipoker, way more good lag players than before

yes but ipoker are not even acknowledging that they existed in the first place just so they dont have to reimburse people....they probably closed all the bot accounts and kept the money for themselves

Money magically APPEARING in an iPoker account?! Only in a sick and twisted dream boys.

For anyone looking to help prevent money from magically DISAPPEARING (ie - random disconnects that make no sense), I've found that port forwarding on my router has had me disconnect free for 3 days now. It could be a lucky run, or this may have actually helped.

If anyone is interested, here are the ports they gave me:

Check out the number of Shallow tables, this is a tragedy. They should replace them with 30 bb Min tables.

what happened? this is the result of bumhunters' persistent work on the long run of killing the games: insta sitout when fish sits out, not starting tables with regs, exploiting the software, hnr, etc. Simply a hostile enviroment for fish.

Also the very clear situation of bot infestation and ipoker's failure to do anything about it (until now?). They think/thought it won't affect their bottom line. They're short sighted, they should've addressed these problems a long time ago. Msnl is practically dead and 200nl is on the way of drying out too. Tougher regs moving down from higher stakes which makes the games pretty tough even on lower stakes.

Ipoker introduced shallow tables also which makes the site less appealing for regs who like playing poker instead of cold and dry math. I personally refuse to play on shallow tables and every single reg should too imo.

Black friday is also bad for the whole sector a general decrease of fish # on all sites could be expected.

Ipoker was very different in terms of player pool and traffic two years ago. Hell, even 1 year ago.

I don't want to be all negative though, I make a good living playing on this site for a long time and I believe I will be able to do so in the future too. I'm just sad to see it degrading slowly. I hope ipoker will come out of this slump.

200NL is not dead yet, there are more tables on this limit, than on 100NL.

400NL and 600NL - emptiness
1000NL - few tables

Imo here are few things iPoker should do in order to repair their image and consequently, their bottomline:
- Get rid of bots. Once and forever.
- Reimburse money stolen by bots to the affected players (without claiming, that regs who play here hundreds of thousands hands didn't come across a single bot...)
- Remove Shallow tables - instead, normal 30 bb Min tables with possible max 100 bb buy-in (ideally 50 and 100 bb Min tables)

This should already help, but additional ideas are:
- Removing the Waiting Lists (= players are forced to open new tables)
- Maybe do something with bumhunting regs (I don't know what)
- Try to attract more fish (better software with more graphics configurations and more ads?)

15/2 on netherlands seems like an awful bet lol. Croatia 60/1 is pretty cool, might gamble on that

I haven't played on Ipoker for nearly a year now. Couldn't imagine getting reimbursed for the money I lost to bots.
I swear to god there was something really dodgy about those site owned accounts. They were so obviously exploitable, yet so so difficult to exploit.
