Just because you have a reg who you can exploit doesn't mean it's party time and you can play 50% of your hands vs him and make a ton of money. Actually, there isn't that much value to be had from a BE reg. Also, it depends on where you can exploit him. If it's just him being a preflop nit, just because you can steal his blinds and he lets you have your BTN/CO, doesn't make it that great for you. You want to be able to exploit him postflop, possibly on later streets where mistakes cost more. However, try doing this vs a nit who has a strong range most of the time. Not much you can exploit.

Also, contrary to popular belief, just because someone is mass-tabling doesn't make him super exploitable. Take for example king10clubs on Stars. He is SNE, plays a ton of tables, yet he's certainly not a reg who you are happy to have on your tables. Same goes for nanonoko, Bruut99, Hurloon and many others.
the last examples are a bit extreme. A lot of people play far more tables than they can play competently. I don't really think many people will be able to 10 table speed that effectively, and if they can they will probably be better off playing elsewhere

I agree though, i'd rather the limit be less than 10 (4-6 seems optimal, probably 4 being ideal) however I just don't think it's that big of a problem.

It's up for me. The games on offer seem to change every time I access the tab for it, yesterday 50nl was the largest game on offer, and there was a PL HE game, today it's all NL but there is 100nl.

yeah. The problem isn't that there will be a lot of people playing 10 tables, the problem is that there will be many who can competently play 6 tables of zoom, or even 8. And that does make a very significant difference for 200nl+. On Stars, the 500zoom pool is often quite ridiculously reg-infested, and the cap is 4 tables. Now I don't know if there will be enough traffic on Ipoker for 200-speed to run, but if it does I wouldn't be surprised to see some very bad games, and that hurts everyone because there will be less fish in the normal 200 games, and the speed games will be bad.
