I usually check raise this turn but wanted to try and call instead. I guessed he was a fish with the pot-size bet on the flop as well.

Pretty easy fold. Even fish is not bluffing that river

Really good price to call the river so I'd be inclined to say a person isn't bluffing, but the post flop action is strange. Pot sized bet on a paired board like this is generally a whiffed flop by a bad player. If your opponent is any good or you have some history, this can be a VB, but in general at these stakes, that means el whiffo. Then 1/2 turn could be a lot of things, but why pot flop then 1/2 turn? Nothing changed on that turn. They can bet slightly more and price you in even better for the river.

I'd be inclined to call, but it's close. I don't think it's huge EV call or fold. If I put it in a wind tunnel on population tendencies w/ no info I think it's a slightly +EV call.

Snap calling as played. Good price, we've taken a really weak line, sizing gives away our opponents ability level. He has enough combos of random crap here.
