Where is my mistake here, that is standart situation for me and that is my big mistake in my play...

Depends on SB stats. If you're concerned with how you play these spots, consider folding pre or checking back turn. Don't worry about looking weak, bleeding money when you're money goes in bad is a much worse leak than making a perceived tight fold
    09-25-2016 , 11:11 PM
fold pre, you don't have odds to call with 88 there.
    09-26-2016 , 10:36 PM
Your mistakes are calling pre, betting turn and calling at opponents shove. So i think you played it as bad as possible here. You need very specific stats from opp to play like that this hand. Also if you take this line a lot (pre and post) its a huge leak and -EV move. Unless you flat also your top range some times at same spots to induce SQZ from SB BB. So here the mistake starts from calling pre. Fold pre as played and next hand

You probably shouldn't be stacking off 88 here as standard lol.

Fold pre & Check back turn 100%.

Flop call as played is whatever.

Can you explain your thinking throughout the hand?

depends on villain, preflop such a mess that as played isnt really worth discussing

You should be 3 betting pre flop at least 70% of the time with 88.

Forgetting the fold pre, flop is a call. Turn is a check. Non A,K rivers CAN be a call otr if villain bets an ok amt.

Yeah, you can't bet the turn here - I get why you might bet/call here because opponent could have a huge amount of Ax with spades or big overs that he might do this with if you tend to be very stubborn in 3 bet pots, but if you're going to play this way, you must check this turn.

Either way, preflop is a fold because I doubt you have a wide enough call/call range - your opponent can put you on JJ-88/AQ/KQ and play accordingly.

    Check turn seems std.
