NL100: TT on the river

opponent is 27/18/ 5.8% 3bet with aggression stats of 1.9/2.4/2.6- fold to cbet on flop and turn are 37% and 36% with raise CB of 16%. as you can see loves to call and I have seem him be tricky (calling AA pre) but also making moves (raising middle pair 8 on the flop).

what do we do on the river. would you play this hand differently?

Re: NL100: TT on the river

I like the 3.5x open.

I'd go bet/bet on flop and turn.

I'd rather bet 3/4-3/5 on river.

It would be value/block bet but checking to bluff catch is fine as well.

As played, I'd fold river but I would type "fu" in the chat box.

I would of bet the river like $24~, i think they are calling with 9x here alot. Given there action there not doing this with 9x/Kx. Hand looks alot like 5x/flopped flushes or a busted Asxx

Pretty sick bet. We only beat Ax for that reason i would fold and feel ok about it. Depending on villain i would either b/f 1/2pot or check to bluff catch. If villain had the busted A high fd then gg him most players at these stakes a fairly nutted here from my experience.

Re: NL100: TT on the river

I think shoving is about the worst thing you could do on the river w/o a super aggressive dynamic that would make him hero call. If he can be tricky, then he might inadvertently show up with more flushes/boats/Kxss than you'd expect. You can rep all nut hands and possibly thin vbets (9x), so its not like you're super air heavy. I think the range of hands that you want to be calling will call $24 more than 3.33 times as often as a 2x pot $80 overbet.
