i don't like the flop c/r really, if villain is competent he should know we're 3betting AQ/QQ/AA the majority of the time and folding 22, so when we c/r we're repping gutshots and fds, which sadly is exactly what we have.

the rest of the hand depends on how villain perceives you, do you have any relevant history?

Re: NL100 - Bluff SBvBTN w/ gutshot

If you have a decent image he should be folding:
KsKx - 3 combos
AxKs - 3 combos
KsQx - 3 combos
22 - 3 combos

He probably calls with
AA,QQ, KsJs,KsTs,JsTs,Ts9s,8s9s,Ts8s,Js9s,6s8s,6s5s,Ks2s, Ks3s,Ks4s,Ks5s,Ks6s,Ks8s,Ks9s
that's 22 combos

Problem is you have no idea which of these hands are in his range and how he plays them on the flop. Maybe he gets to the river with AQ as well and folds it which would change a lot, then again maybe he calls it so...

I think I would just bet turn bigger and give up on river.

Re: NL100 - Bluff SBvBTN w/ gutshot

You would almost 3bet all hands pre you are trying to rep on the flop.

Given the range SirBobby assigned to villain he is folding 35% of the time on the river.

If we bet 70 into 70 we need villain to fold >50%

If we bet 35 into 70 we need villain to fold >33%

So based on this range a $35 bet is slightly +EV

Very bad flop CR. Check-call flop and take it from there.

I'd prefer C/C flop and c/r turn, as compared to c/r flop and bet turn, actually. But that said, as played I think I give up on river.

Give up river. His range is heavily weighted towards flushes.

Like others mentioned, bad spot to c/r otf. c/c or c/f both good. As played firing turn is mandatory.

I'd 3bet preflop, if I'm gonna try to push him off on this board texture.

As played, I'd check/fold > check/call flop.
