Im not 100% leading flop, def folding now

edit- I guess what are you hoping to see if you call

I guess he has to be turning Qx or TT/99 into a bluff often enough for this to be a call.

How about some post flop stats, aggression, anything else?

In a wind tunnel fold. He's going to have to be turning pairs into bluffs a pretty high % of the time to justify a call. Based on what you put, I don't think we know how capable he is.

I've got only 1.2K hands on villain, so post flop stats won't work wonders, but IP against cbet fold 35%, raise 18, call 47. Agg % Flop 47, T 42, R 18. WWSF 45%, WTSD 30% WSD 53%. River bets vs missed cbet 40% (sample 5) and all else will be quite worthless. That's pretty much all there is. All in all he is 22/19 and from what I've seen he plays smart while multitabling different limits at the same time, I've seen him make moves before though.

So basically the guy doesn't like to fold. He doesn't like to fold to 3-bets or c-bets. I'm not sure if your stats are cbets in 3-bet pots or single raised pots. But essentially this guy is clearly capable of turning some made hands into a bluff. So when you're in this spot in the future, make sure you're aware of that.

So with that info it becomes pretty close. I'd probably call it off in this case, but I'd also make sure you're adjusting better. You should be 3-betting more for value pre-flop if he doesn't like to fold. I'd probably be c/cing the flop instead of leading given his range and stats. Not sure it's smart to lead and snap off a raise at these stakes. I'd keep it a little more simple until you have some history imho.
