Just got to the table 2 hands in so have no info on anyone

I am on the BB with A4
UTG+1 (30$) raises 1.50
I sat with 50$
I call flop is K 7 K
I check, Villain bets out 1.75$ I raise it to 4.75
he repops it to 9$ I shove

Yes I think your line was pretty horrific.

Don't raise the flop, dont 4bet shove.

The raise OTF is meh. The shove is bad. He's never 3 bet bluffing this board.

Don't like a semi bluff OTF here at all. Probably just flat the flop, if you do semi bluff def don't 4b shove.

first thoughts...

I'd be more inclined to 4 bet shove the flop if villain repopped it bigger but as is, it is only like $5 more to call. Also keep in mind that if villain does have a K, his stack is smaller and he'll be happy to GII against your flop raise or bet turn huge if another spade doesn't hit which prevents you from taking all his money.

Controlling the pot size here is a good plan imo because you can milk him for more chips later on if a spade does hit and villain holds trips.

With equal stack sizes I think raising flop on your flush draw is fine as it builds the pot in case you do hit and also can just win the pot right there if villain has total air.
