This was a hand i played live in a cash game over 200bb deep

AK UTG+2

Hero UTG+1 : 250bb
SB : about 200bb

Info on SB : He is an ok player who seems to continue too wide with draws, but does have a fold button when it comes to real hands

2 folds, Hero raises to 3.5bb calls from MP1, BTN, SB, and BB

pot 17.5BB

Flop JT9

SB leads 4bb
Hero calls, everyone else folds

Turn 4

SB checks

Hero bets 18bb
SB calls

River 9

Hero bets 32bb
SB folds

I would call hu, but 4 way your flop call is just burning money. Everything else is whatever, random clicking.

If villain is doing it with QJ-QT-KQ-Q8, one of our outs is blocked. If he is doing it with sets/two pairs, he is not paying us off if board is JT9 - Q. If someone behind us raises, we are a toast - say good bye to 4 bbs. If we call and hit an ace and there is still action and/or we are multiway - it's a dicey spot.

Let's say you hit your miracle Q turn and villain has KQ or any K (we block one K, remember), is he always gonna put in 200 bbs with second nuts when it's going to be so obvious that our range for heavy action is going to be AK or Kx?

Let's choose at least suited AK combos and AQo combos that have much much greater implied odds because villain is more like to have Qx rather than Kx.
