He was kind of fishy. I figure he either called pre flop with PP's or with broadways. ON the river i think im bluff catching and I feel hes not gonna turn a hand like 88 or JJ into a bluff.
What do you guys think?

I don't understand not c-betting here. If you're going to bet all your bluffs you have to bet the value hands as well, especially when there are so many bad cards.
His range on the river rarely includes AK/JT or 99, they all bet the turn and there aren't many kings that would bet the flop apart from KQ. You're hand looks like a weak ace/JJ/TT so you should probably pay this one off with the Q blocker.

I dont c bet because I block the hands that might call me (KQ, AJ) and I think that if I check he might make the mistake of betting 100% of his range because for some reason these fishy players like betting when checked regardless of their hand strength.
