Can this Push/Format be beaten? Can this Push/Format be beaten?

Hey guys, I recently found GG Network and their All-in/Fold format. After getting to know the rake structure, I'm a bit concerned if it can be beaten. I will explain what's the format and will be very thankful to hear your thoughts. Let's start:
- the game is 4-handed 0.5-1$ no limit holdém;
- the buy in is 8 BB exactly and each time a player falls under that, his stack is reloaded to 8 BB for the next hand;
- there is the option to Remove your chips if you're above 8 BB;
- each hand each player pays 5 cents rake and 5 cents for a jackpot pot (more about that later) whatever happens. There is no additional rake, but even if all players fold before the flop, they still pay those 10 cents;
- I can get 35% rakeback on half of that, meaning that I will pay exactly 8.25 cents each hand or $8.25 per 100 which equals 8.25bb/110;
- there is a jackpot for hitting a straight flush with the two hole cards that is about 520-550$.

Considering the fact there's plenty of fish that make stupid **** like calling two shoves with 36s, open-pushing CO with K7s and stuff like that, do you think that this can be beaten in the long run?
