KK facing shove in a squeezed pot 200NL Zoom

I was playing 26/22/af3.29/3bet7.2 2042 hands

UTG is 30/25/af5.0/3bet9.8 Fold to 3bet 75 137 hands

BTN is 54/50/af12.0/3bet58.3 Fold to 3bet 0 27 hands

I squeezed big because BTN seemed like a maniac.

What do you think of the flop action?

UTG: $203 (101.5 bb)
MP: $287.66 (143.8 bb)
CO: $200.16 (100.1 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K K
UTG raises to $6, 2 folds, BTN calls $6, SB folds, Hero raises to $38, UTG calls $32, BTN calls $32

Flop: ($115) 4 7 J (3 players)
Hero bets $84.15, UTG folds, BTN raises to $364.65, Hero ???

Might be inclined to cbet a bit smaller because we have the k of spades, but seems fine. Just snap it off

Re: KK facing shove in a squeezed pot 200NL Zoom

This was a kind of scary hand because it took me a while to cbet big on flop but BTN shoved so incredibly fast that he must have been waiting for me to bet. I have never seen someone shove this fast before.

Anyone has a read on this type of fast shove? I mean he left himself $29.03 but makes no difference because he is putting me all in.

Only 27 hands sample but do you still think that his stats is pretty significant?

Just wondering if I over read his stats.

Yes, I did call his shove but I did not snap it like you guys suggested. I called mainly because I just can't fold because of the pot odds.

Re: KK facing shove in a squeezed pot 200NL Zoom

The very small sample size that says that he is a maniac but it's interesting because I think he really is a maniac for real.

Nice to have HM2 in this spot.

His flat preflop is just horrendous and his super fast over shove.

Poker Stars, $1/$2 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

BTN: $431.68 (215.8 bb)
SB: $122.71 (61.4 bb)
Hero (BB): $249.38 (124.7 bb)
UTG: $203 (101.5 bb)
MP: $287.66 (143.8 bb)
CO: $200.16 (100.1 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K K
UTG raises to $6, 2 folds, BTN calls $6, SB folds, Hero raises to $38, UTG calls $32, BTN calls $32

Flop: ($115) 4 7 J (3 players)
Hero bets $84.15, UTG folds, BTN raises to $364.65, Hero calls $127.23 and is all-in

Turn: ($537.76) A (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: ($537.76) Q (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results: $537.76 pot ($2.80 rake)
Final Board: 4 7 J A Q
BTN mucked 5 6 and won $0.00 (-$249.38 net)
Hero showed K K and won $534.96 ($285.58 net)
UTG mucked and lost (-$38 net)

Break your mouse snapping is so right. Thanks, I should know better.
