How fishy? How fishy?

I, I'm 20 years old so I'm just starting at poker (been playing for about 2 years) and I am still learning a lot day after day. I've been playing in my local casino's NLHE 1$/2$ game about once a week for the last year and making only a small profit, but still not losing. Yesterday I was involved in a hand that I think I really didn't play well, but I can still see why I played it that way. I'm really looking to improve my game so can you tell me how fishy it was and how you would have played it? Thanks. So here it is:

It was late night, 4AM yesterday (sunday/monday morning) and so we were only 4-handed. I had a pretty solid tight-aggressive image at the table. My opponent was on the cutoff seat in that particular hand, he is a solid loose-aggressive player, but seemed a little bored at the time and also had drank about 6 beers throughout, but he still was playing well.

CO: about 500$ (250bb)
BTN (me): about 500$ (250bb)
SB: about 100$ (50bb)
BB: about 300$ (150bb)

Preflop: My hand is KhQh
CO checks, I raise to 8$, SB folds, BB calls 6$, CO calls 8$. Pot was 25$.

Flop comes: KcQc4c
BB checks, CO checks, I bet 16$, BB folds, CO raises to 40$, I then reraised to 100$ (Because I didn't believe him, so I semi-bluffed not to let him draw), CO called. Pot was 225$.

Turn comes: Ts
CO checks, (now that he showed weakness by calling only and checking, I have a good reason to think he doesn't have the flush already or at least its not a good one. Even if he has it, I still have outs) I bet 200$ (As a semi bluff, not to let him draw). CO folds the best hand with a made flush 8c5c. And I take the pot.

So what do you guys think about it? Thanks for your help!

I m not sure but I think you post the hand in wrong section.
Anyway I think when opponet raise call is the best choice and I think is no sense trasform in bluff our hand.
As played x\back turn.

I think you are lucky he folded his made flush. I guess because of a combo of your tight image and your near pot bet on the turn. But you don't rep many flushes with the Kc and Qc on the table. Offset that with the possibility that you hit your set of kings or queens or are semi bluffing a naked Ac with or without a pair and I would put you all-in. Still, taking top2p to the felt is a bit optimistic IMO. I would check back the turn as well.

Also, prf CO limped, he didn't check..
