Never fold KK pre flop. If he has AA then so be it. But you should never fold

I would be looking to get as much in the pot pre-flop with KK no matter what. Never fold. I agree with the guy above. If he has AA, then fine. More often than not he will have a lower pair or suited broadway cards. I'd make this call every time.

This is an annoying spot because you'll see AA very often. Some players even fold AK/QQ vs a cold 4-bet or flat AKs IP occasionally. I think being 120bb deep effective more players will be inclined to flat AKs IP.

This isn't a fist-pump spot like every else is suggesting or some massive +EV call, but you can't fold KK esp with the random spazz factor + AK combos you will see that play this way + very occasional QQ.

Also, if you are only calling KK here, you are folding way too much of your range vs a 5-bet. That implies you're folding 16 combos of AK, 6 combos of KK, xx combos of cold 4-bet bluffs like AQo/AQs (not sure if you actually cold 4-bet bluff here given his lol nitty 3-bet stats, I wouldn't) and only calling 6 combos of AA. I'm assuming you flat 1010-QQ due to 3-bettor's nittiness.
