Hero?

I never feel comfortable in these spots. It seems that folding is too weak but when I call it always seems like I'm beat?

I was probably C/calling non ace river.

Is flatting in the BB with QTo here okay?

Look forward to your comments on all streets.

I don't often flat QTo OOP, mainly because I think you lose too much when you have to fold in spots like this: I'd rather use this hand to 3 bet him sometimes.

Other streets look standard and I guess I'm folding the OTR.

I think preflop a call is best of the 3 options, and flop and turn are standard although his turn sizing is on the big size which in my experience means he has a hand but who knows.. and as you said river is (puke) but I think folding is best unless you have a read, GL

Aggession factor?

Folding river is fine. Calling is fine. Hard to say without more reads/stats.

I'm pretty much always calling here.

Total AF: 4
Flop AF:4
Turn AF: 7
River AF: 2

Individual street AFactors most probably not converged though, I would think.

How much he is opening from the button is important here. Also if SB is a reg or recreational player.

This is tough. I'm almost always folding pre, but as played, I think it's a call on the river.
