Think I'd just bluff shove here or fold. It's hard for him to be bluffing, as backdoor clubs or spades would just barrel the Q since it's a good card to barrel. Looks like he has JJ or 1010 for thin value bet, since you'd probably lead river with TP+.

Have any stats on him? I might not bluff shove since there's a big discrepancy in his VPIP/PFR, and he just might check strong hands OTT because he's passive.

I would call here. He is repping like maybe only KQ. I would assume AQ+ bet here most of the time. I don't know if players at this limit bet TT-JJ for value because hero is likely to take line XC X X with his Qx hands.
