You have some flaws in your thinking process, you have no reason why you 3bet preflop except for (it just feels right), you either 3bet to induce 4b bluffs and ship to scoop dead money and have OK equity when called, or you 3bet for value caus he flats OOP with a lot of worse hands. If you are 3betting as a bluff obviously pick a hand like K8o if he folds enough to 3bets for it to be profitable, and have nice hands like AQo in your flatting range (which plays great IP, BvB).
You choose to 3bet here, but have no reads on what he 4bets with, how often he does this, if he ever flats OOP and with what kind of hands he does this with. Nore do you have any reads about his plays in 3bpots, AND you 3bet a nitty guy who is probably pretty tight here, it's just wrong.
