It's not GTO obviously but at 25nl if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, it quacks like a duck then damn it assume it's a duck and treat it as such:
you have what looks like a tight reg (post flop aggr factor would've helped btw, you only listed preflop stats) at 25nl check-raising on the river for a large enough size on a flush board.
It's usually the nuts. Do you have the nuts? No -> Muck and move on.
