When he shoved I thought he probably has an overpair and is looking to fold out draws. Should this have been a fold as played? Could I have flatted flop here? Was looking to fold out flush and straight draws with the raise.

    Fold pre.

Call flop, not a great candidate to raise flop with esp with heart blocker.

AP prob just lol fold to his shove, it's a set/chop/straight/huge combo draw everytime

Since you didn't say that the opener was ****ing terrible, your flat with JTo is ****ing terrible.

Flat the flop. If we get all-in our equity is not that great. By flatting, we can attempt to control the pot as well as not have to make a bigly bad decision when facing a 3-bet.

He's not terrible as such but pretty loose and always c bets. Like 32 vpip and 80 c bet or something.

But yea point taken. Tbh I was kind of tilted from a river outdraw at another table and just clicked really. Both preflop and the 3 bet. Didn't really think I was ahead but just had a f*** it moment which I pretty much instantly regretted. Shortly after this I ended up trying to 3 barrel this guy off top set and lost another stack - pretty much knew he wasn't folding by the turn but did it anyway. So turned a +£100 session into a break even one in the space of about 6 hands through tilt.

If you have any advice on not tilting I'd be interested because it's like a huge leak for me. And it's easy to say 'just don't Tilt' but in practise it's really hard for me. Like I'm seriously considering getting into meditation or something

Tilting is different for every single person, so try different things. There is no miracle solution here for ya. The call pre is by far the worst play in this post. On this board the only thing you are ahead of is combo draws, dead to straight/sets (almost).
