This came to my mind.... also, we prob have one of the worst hands we can have in this spot. However, if he's that nitty it's a good chance he isn't really thin value betting much and has a range which only has 1 combo of AJ, 2 combos of AT, 1 combo of AA and 3 combos of JJ. In other words he has more combos of sets than 2 pair (due to him not opening AJo and ATo from MP) so it doesn't even matter if he's folding the 2 pair and not the sets.
This is assuming he isn't opening AJo from MP (which given stats looks likely) - if he opens AJo and is likely to fold it to a shove, then maybe you can bluff shove but overall it just looks like a bad spot to try and get someone to fold a hand within a strong range!
