3bet pre vs a 17% range is not totally standard.
I guess that when UTG open, you don't 3bet in this positions, but most of player got a 17% opening range utg.

so vs a 17% range, and someone who likes to 4bet, flat is the standard play I guess.

as played, hard to fold river, the only hand that beats us is 99.

3-betting is probably 'standard' but there's nothing wrong with flatting for deception etc., obviously if we elect to 3-bet then 5-bet jamming over a 4-bet is the only play given villain description.

    snap this river

well, thats guy overall nitty 16/15 so 3 bet is option, but calling aslo should be good. I dont see guys like this bluffing here enough time. We should call this hand to be unexplot....
