Call turn and fold river if you don't hit a diamond. Villain could potentially be bluffing depending on how hard you have been 3-betting him. Also he could be overvalueing TT, JJ,QQ even in this spot. Even KK with a diamond. I don't think he goes for a shove with these hands on the river though.

what is known about his post-flop?

with unknown i shove flop in most cases, sometimes call dawn

I doubt villain would be overvaluing TT-QQ, but call turn/fold non-diamond river seems solid.
