Thank you for reading this post. Please give me some advice!

Stats of villain is unknown.

In this hand, I thought there was thin value OTR.
His action(checking 3 times) was weird.

His range are 99,JJ,QQ,AT,A8,AK,and AQ.
I thought AA,KK,TT,88 were less likely because of his passivity.

So I bet OTR for value.

How do you think this situation?
I should have checked-back OTR?

Every advice is helpful for me...

Mandatory bet I would say, three checks I would say larger bet on the river, but something is definitely a must. Could this guy have 10x and did we miss a street of value, his action looks like that, obviously if you bet the turn smaller bet would be fine for river. If he slow played a hand like ks or aces into check call mode so be it, that's poker and won't be happening often. Some of knowing what to do is knowing your villain as well as possible, I get that isn't possible on all sites, but because of that makes things a bit more abstract, you can't give us anything on them.

So in your opinion, I should have bet turn and river?

You can easily take 2 streets value here. If you don't choose the turn ( i also like a check back here) then river is definitelly a spot to bet.
No reason to check back here!

No, it's standard to flat the 3-bet here. BB is super polarized here pre, and I wouldn't be surprised if he only 3b AK, QQ+ here given the action. UTG open, MP cold-call. 3-betting light here is pretty ******ed and is literally lightning money on fire.

WP. You're basically looking to get value from JJ/rare 10x on this board runout. Just thank him for not stacking you.

You didn't bet the turn so a river bet is mandatory is all I was saying. Everyone has said it in other words and probably better above.
