I'd rather turn my hand into a bluff than call the flop and definitely folding the turn.

I mean, if there was ever a board that hit our OOP cold calling range pretty hard, this would be it. Given stack sizes it's definitely assumed we'd have a ton of AQ, QQQ, JJJ, QJs here.

I'm tempted to donk flop or c/r flop.

I think in a lot of spots donking sucks with this kind of draw cause it induces raises in spots we may not want to stack.

Here I would think we have enough QQQ/JJJ/QJ that he can't just liberally raise us.

Are you not 3beting QQ from CO vs BTN?? Sounds pretty crazy to me..you do not have QQQ here, that said, as played I would fold turn

I think both BTN and Hero can have QQQ in their range here.

I'm not sure if Hero is 4b QQ 170bb's deep.

Either way, it hits our range OTF much better so I would choose to c/r flop and barrel turn for sure. As played we have to fold turn here
