You seem surprised that he could have JTo when it's folded to him in the SB. Villain should definitely be opening a wide range of hands to attack BB here when it's folded to him. There are plenty of suited gapper type hands that are in his raising range too. This kind of flop when he continues should have draws to the higher straight on occasion or clubs that continue. I don't know what you're afraid of on the turn because there aren't too many made hands in his range here. Mandatory bet for value ott. AP you have to call river given the odds as you beat most hands he bets for value.
