Prob, been said before, it's the obvious comment, but...

You're floating this hand . i.e. your hand is not super, but you may make your opponent fold. So, erm, why did you check the turn? What do you lose if you get called, what did you gain by checking?

checkin turn to rep wider range.

You're checking the turn to rep a narrower range, or at least one that is mostly SD value. Which your flop calling range isn't guaranteed to be.

As mentioned in this thread, I think that pf is fine. The flop can be floated, but before you have established some history in which your checking range has some Ax hands, it's prob better to bet the turn when checked to. Otherwise he might put you on 67 or a PP and try to bluff you off it.

4b bluffing with your hand is pretty cool too since we got 2 blockers.

Re: 3b pot

First off I'd consider 3betting preflop so that BB wouldn't have a chance to squeeze.

Not in love with the call pre unless you have a plan to occasionally shove over his Cbet.

I don't like the float vs this type of an opponent because he doesn't give you enough spots to take it away (he might 2 barrel a decent amount or c/r turn). So just fold flop. As played though I like a turn bet more than a river bet. Checking back turn is good vs most opponents but from the description villain seems like the type to bluff river sometimes when turn goes check-check.

As for the river, you can't call. He can still have many aces. He might expect you to float flop a lot and so he checks turn to you. When you check back turn, he might put you on TT or something...
