It's an old hand I played on anonymous tables. Assume SB is a reg.
How do you play the flop? If we 3-bet it's gonna look obvious what we have. Cold calling flop disguises our hand a little bit. Donking is an option, but with A giving a free turn card is not horrible.
How do you play the turn? I really don't know if shoving accomplishes anything here. Only if he is betting FD and folds to the jam.
Villain could have 78s 67s but that's just few combos. For super nuts 67s 78s 66 he has 5 combos. Feel like he will 3-bet most of his 7x from SB.

Microgaming - €2 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 4 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

SB: 110.55 BB
Hero (BB): 103 BB
CO: 100 BB
BTN: 100 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A 7

fold, BTN raises to 2.5 BB, SB calls 2 BB, Hero calls 1.5 BB

Flop: (7.5 BB, 3 players) 6 7 7
SB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets 5 BB, SB raises to 15 BB, Hero calls 15 BB, fold

Turn: (42.5 BB, 2 players) 8
SB bets 22.5 BB, Hero raises to 85.5 BB and is all-in,

I rather squeeze pre or fold imho, although fold/3b/call probably have similar EVs
Flop is good, I prefer x/c, and also prefer flatting once SB raises.

I prefer just flatting turn with the Ah here in position, but jamming isn't awful either.

Hard to give him a value range that he has here that's worse. We are up against hearts or behind I think.

Maybe TT/99 if he's bad? Probably just flat, flat non heart/straight run outs

Honestly not sure what flatting accomplishes compared to just 3betting flop.

Both look about equally strong to me but we give villains draws free equity (and pfr a very good price too) when we flat, plus worse 7x might get scared on hearts.

With reads on either player flatting could be best for sure, but anonymous I fail to see the advantages tbh.

Yep what Nirwanda said. I think a flop 3b gets it in vs a wider range than if you flat flop/raise turn.
