I just wanna say I'm a winner in these games over a large sample but not that much money. The thing is I often just spew away money without even thinking about the decision. My brain just say "ive invested so much money in the pot and he might spaz, snap call" This happens all the time in different ways where I don't think about the decision and just snap calls big bets on the river.

Like this hand, its vs a 91/30/35. He got lucky vs me in an other hand where he made better two pair on the river. He have 3b small with like J8o and made weird donks on turns and rivers. Also overbet cbets like 35 into a 20 pot etc. All of this ****s with my mind and makes me do these stupid ****ing snap calls. It takes probably 0.3 second and I made the call only seeing AQ,AK and bluffs in my head.

Is there anyway I could work on this problem with me snap calling without even thinking about it. I get really mad at myself after these plays and just quits the game and tell myself the next day I MUST think about the decision before i call but I still do it over and over again loosing so much money where other regs just thinks a little bit and folds. My mind is just ****ed on this thing. This happens both vs fish and regs. IF anyone have fixed this or knows how to fix this please tell me. This is getting so frustrating.

Given that he has crappy hands in his min-3bet range and you block a lot of value hands here and he could easily just be random spazz / overplaying with Kx here, I don't think your calldown is all that bad. Just be mindful and make notes all the time, maybe you can find out what his overbets mean and make better decisions in the future.

Do you have any advice to the snap calling?

I think you made the correct plays until the turn. I would of bet $25 on the turn by semi-bluffing the flush, and if he would of called you; you could easily throw away the hand.

On not making snap calls. Before you make any play check your watch and count 5 ticks then make a decision. That will allow you to slow down and think. Hope this helps!

Practice more, have a solid gameplan, don't worry too much about losing in spots where you are not being exploited. Also, don't underestimate the value of good physical health for poker playing, sleep well, eat well, go jogging regularly or work out or do something physically strenuous, it will help you think clearly and tilt much less.

Dont make an action in any hand until 3 secs have passed and on all streets.

Play sessions with one table and increase that time to 10 secs/whatever your poker network allows as meaningful maximum (obviously play slow tables)

during that time write down a range for your opponent and use your HUD to figure out if you have the odds or not given your opponent always < 10% on a bluff.

Loose money to people bluffing you for some time

profit

play less tables - helps me most

If you're never making calls when behind, then you are folding when you are ahead. It's part of being a good player. From how you described villain it seems calling here was fine - although is the limp/rr something you've seen him done before?

You played perfectly vs. an aggrodonk.

BBV is that way ---------->

op, i play like you describe (button clicking) when i'm drinking coffee, so ive cut waaay back and addd theanine supplement when i do. caffeine can lead to racing scattered thoughts - good for clicking buttons fast but not great for thinking through a tough decision. I also take inositol which is good for a lot of things but its also calming.

count to 5 before making a decision in your head and eventually, it will remind you to take a few seconds before making a decision
