PFR is 64/44 really loose Fish

Villian is 26/21 3b 10% He has been 3betting me a lot this session he has position on me on 2 tables and is taking advantage of it, But this is his first cold 4b vs me. And given the fish is in the pot seems like he is really strong, Looking back at it I think in hindsight I rather just jam PF, But I don't think there is anything wrong with calling especially vs sizing.

My question is what do you think of his Flop bet size and line that he took?

I think he should cold call a lot of his really strong stuff like QQ+ and AKs to play poker with the fish. His flop sizing is okay in a 4b pot on this texture, could maybe be a few BB's bigger so shoving isn't an overbet if and when he does elect to shove turn or river.

I'd probably throw up call now cuz I hate folding and we have one of the better hands we x all three streets with. It's pretty close though and folding is fine and maybe better.

What do I think of his line? Kind of neat with overpairs, QQ, AQ etc. you might be apt to hero kind of light given that there's only 1 over to most of the PP's you get to the river with and he checked back turn. So I guess it's a bit of a leveling spot here now.
