hard to know what we get value from on the turn without understanding more on villain. Assuming you don't have any reads? You'd think he would 3bet tens, jacks and AQ OTB vs CO... If he's passive pre and we can give him all combos of AQ and tens at the v least, it's optimal to bet turn for value. If he has a more typical BTN vs CO 3bet range I prefer X calling turn and X folding river as his range becomes v nutted OTT and he's unlikely to call with worse if we bet.

As played ch-f river. I tried to imagine range of a competent player on the turn and i suppose it consist of:
AK-6 combos, call flop and call turn
AQ-8 combos,2 of them with Qh which call the turn, another 6 fold to a bet
AJ-8 combos,the same
99-3 combos
44-3 combos
KQhh,KJhh,JThh,89hh-4 combos
Some of floats
Looking at his range we see it a clear check turn

If we betting a turn range of the villain narrows to very simple range, when he calls,it consist of :
Flushs: 4 combos
AQ,AJ with heart 2 combos
Sets 6 combos
All floats will fold and another Aq, Aj against which we are far ahead will also fold
Most of it, our bet on the turn is so weak when villain tries to bluff us with his floats according our bet size
We need to check turn and make desicion to his action

Bet more on flop, and turn betting less than half pot is weird, half pot c-betting is sometimes the standard in 3 bet pots....

....but when ace is there it's a card you will always bluff with (esp if plan is a one barrel bluff) plus you may only get 1 street of value... Wana make best of both scenarios...don't want to induce some creative play.

I think bigger c bet, and Check turn is best line
