I am kind of inclined to let this go pre. I definitely do not like the turn raise. You have a six high flush on the river. It makes it hard to call because the way it is played your opponent may have been on that draw. I think you made the pot huge with a marginal hand. I think the way it is played you are probably beat on the river a good amount of times.

Fold unless you have a read/ stats. If villain donks rivs more than 10% and has a high riv AF and a high WWSF over a decent sample then I would call.

You have 34k hands, use your HUD and decide.

Agree with PKR. With 34k hands, you should be able to make a pretty accurate decision. if you play with this guy every day, and he is leaving you stuck for decisions, you should definitely review every >100bb pot, then every 50bb pot, 25bb pot and keep going till you are comfortable you have this guys number.

Fwiw, In a vacuum, fold river.

I don't really understand the turn play. I probably fold the river. Those minraises and small bets are more likely to a draw rather than a value hand I think.
