Mine doesn't. Did you have to add a different folder or change anything?

Re: Zoom PLO - experiences and strategies...

no, for some reason it does import them as NL rather than PL, but I guess that's a good way to distinguish them...

I had about 900 hands on 4 tables. Could have played faster I guess.

I was kinda disappointed with the amount of VPP's, not nearly as much as when I play regular tables. I read somewhere on 2+2 that you will get around 60% of your normal VPP rate. And that's what I got.

Anyone can share more info on this ? I only have 900 hands..

True but how much longer is it goin to take you to put in that volume? I played 5.5k hands in like 5hrs. 4 tabling zoom seems easier then +10 regular tables

Its a nitfest so you get less VPP/hand.
I played PLO10 yesterday and the average VPIP from the PS lobby was 25.

The average VPIP at normal 6max tables is much higher.

Now that it's weight contributed, you need to contribute to pots also. So don't just be blaming other players.

And anyone not expecting tighter games in zoom is naive.

Live with it or go back to ring. I grinded 2k cop last night and don't think I've ever came close to that when I got SN last year

Re: Zoom PLO - experiences and strategies...

I know that I must join pots to get VPP. But when nobody else join the pot there are no VPP.

And I will stay at normal ring games. And I dont blame others for less VPP. I only tell the reasons for less VPP

Even with a drastically lower VPIP, your VPP/hour is still going to double. You're playing 4x as many hands!

I love the fact that no one talks about gaining a higher bb/100 winrate, but rather a higher VPP/h...

Vpp earn rate doesn't require as big a sample size. Bb/100 for 2 days is lolwat

Re: Zoom PLO - experiences and strategies...

I personally love this. I have been struggling with PLO and was thinking I should read a book or do something about it.

This is cheap enough and fast enough that I can experiment with the better hands and avoid marginal hands.

So for me this is like a cheap tutor of how to play the game.

I agree with that. I've been putting off learning plo, seems like a big time investment, but with zoom I can try and get down the basics quickly. Also the android app has been helpful on trains etc
