Who is the worst player here?

I am wondering what you would consider to be the worst player/play in this hand. Preflop and postflop play included. Watch the hand first:
In my head the SB is preflop too loose, MP is just stupid betting in to such a coordinated board with peoples calling ranges considering he limped 4 bet it widens peoples calling ranges I think. Then LP was calling ok, on the flop I think there is a tonne of implied odds and the hand kind of played out perfectly for him.
What do you think?
