Almost without exception, the best regs at PLO100-200 6max have a VPIP of ~23-27%, PFR 12-18% IMHO. Outside Vroom, I define a nit as someone with a sub-20 VPIP, Inside... it's just common sense . Is 3betting the deciding factor? Should a true LAGtard be 3betting at least 15%? many regs have it between 3-8%, most at the lower end of the spectrum.

Since we're playing PLO, pre-flop is usually just a partial indicator of nittiness. Some players see a flop with half of their starting hands, but go into a c/c mode with hands like bottom 2 + FD and treat them as bluff-catchers. Are they less of a nit than a pre-flop TAG who shoves top pair + FD OTF? It's all relative...

I find this really interesting assuming reg = TAG, generally. I was under the impression that the higher ends of these ranges was the standard for "good". Being on the lowish ends myself, it's good to know I'm perhaps closer to "standard TAG" stats PF than I thought.

Just to clarify, 23/13/5 is an acceptable PF style?

IMO, sounds pretty solid. Some players get away with 35/20/12, but in my experience they spew a ton at the end of the day. Such stats might become playable at 200BB+, but with std 100BB stacks you're relying on FE that just isn't there at these stakes.

You shouldn't be too bothered about your pre-flop stats, just be situationally/positionally aware. Playing the stats you're playing now can easily be justified if you're playing vs loose/passive opposition who rarely fold. You might try to add stuff like iso-3betting the fish in position with KJ97ds or the like, but in general, tight is right. You shouldn't play a wider range without good hand-reading skills and the ability to pick up a lot of small/medium pots w/o SD.

Or just move up to where they respect your raises
