Villain in this hand is 94/76/40 and is playing like hes just looking to plow money into the pot.

A little history. Here is my first hand against him.

WPN, $0.01/$0.02 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB mucked and lost (-$0.35 net)
    BB showed 5 6 7 8 and lost (-$1.32 net)
    Hero showed 4 J T J and won $2.91 ($1.59 net)

And here's a second hand, this time involving a third deep player.

WPN, $0.01/$0.02 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

Deep Player is BTN: $10.52 (526 bb)

      Preflop: Hero is SB with 5 9 Q Q
MP folds, CO raises to $0.07, BTN calls $0.07, Hero calls $0.06, BB folds

      Flop: ($0.23) 7 T 5 (3 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.22, BTN calls $0.22, Hero raises to $0.66, CO calls $0.44, BTN folds

      Turn: ($1.77) 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.69, CO calls $0.98 and is all-in

      River: ($3.73) 2 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

      Spoiler:
      Results: $3.73 pot ($0.18 rake)
      Final Board: 7 T 5 4 2
      Hero showed 5 9 Q Q and won $3.55 ($1.84 net)
      CO showed J 7 6 Q and lost (-$1.71 net)

So I think the deep player is picking up on the fact that I'm playing light against the crazy player. So given all this how's my turn play?

With the stack sizes being the sizes they are and *knowing* you will get 3b in hand 1 I'd adjust my opening size to just minraising or even ****ing limping

      Hand 3 fold flop

or just folding pre because the hand doesn't flop good and you have a player 3betting 40%.

also don't know dafuq you're doing in h2 with c/r, honestly I would put a fish label to a player I that I saw does that.

and hand 3 I agree with fold flop, even when you got a good turn you don't know what to do.

obviously not something i would normally do. i was getting out of line with an out of line player.
