For a few reasons i decided to test the action at the tables on plo25 zoom. Here is, what happend:

[IMG][/IMG]

Phase1: Adjusting to zoom. Took a few hands to get into the action. HUD-settings, speed of play... EV = 0. All fine. Not a big deal.

Phase2: We are in the zone and play fine. EV is rising and we are happy that things are going like hoped/planned. Only problem: Green line doesn`t really follow orange. We are getting a bit annoyed by that.

Phase3: We are overconfident+resultorientated. What happens: We stretch the session for far too long and raise the number of tables. Perfect idea... We start playing F-game...

Within this stretch our mouse accidently hits the wall and brakes. But we don`t give up. We have a wireless keyboard with and touchpad on it. We 4table with this touchpad. Really, really great to 4table with a touchpad. We end the stretch by giving our keyboard a headbutt.

Phase4: After getting some rest, buying a new mouse and a keyboard, we are ready to play some hands again. There is hope! Orange looks nice, but green...

Phase5 = Phase3. Obviously we are not the fastest learners. The fact that we got our first 10K hands in saves us, because this was planned as the first milestone for review.

Question: Anyone willing to share winrates (postion)? What`s achievable at 25z? My goal is, plan was:

POS bb/100
EP 25
MP 30
CO 45
BTN 65
SB -20
BB -40
TOT 17,5

But first things first: Ham and eggs + orange juice have priority now...

I mean it looks great, only that you are running under EV for the week, but you can't control that. EQ wise to my calculations you are a 10bb/100 winner!

Hi Carl! You look like you're really crushing the game! Just look at that ev line! That's what matters. Not the green line! Continue grinding that ev and losing those $$$.

I wouldn`t say 10bb/100 is crushing PLO25. I know that the rake is high, but 20bb should be possible when you play max 2 tables very good prepared and tilt under control.

based on my rich experience at this stake (300K+),my guess is only mid/high and high stakes players can achieve 20-25bb/100 at plo25z. this is my graph from april-may

1. very nice graph. congrats!
2. With the statement 20bb would be crushing and achievable i did not refer to myself. I am too much of a degen to do that. But like you said: A good mid or high stakes player good do it or someone who is a 25z-nerd

May i ask: How many tables you play at a time?

Ahhh. Got the answer myself. So you are 4tabling. Don`t you think you good raise your bb a decent % if you only 2table? I said 2tabling a good player could get to the 20bb...

$/hr is more important than the winrate

2 tables at 20bb/100+RB < 4 tables at 10bb/100+RB

For me $/hr is not the most important. I prefer playing two tables of PLO100 with an hourly of 15$ instead of 4tabling with hourly of 20$. The reasons are: higher winrate, lower risk for variance and tilt. And 4tabling is also more exhausting. You should consider this also. Two tables i can play easy 12 hours a day. 4 tables maybe 8hours, but thats it...

Don`t think that i am the only one who thinks this way. The question is "How much harder is the work that you have to do for the higer hourly rate?"

I agree. The increase in difficulty isn't linear with respect to increasing table number, but obviously a lot of practice will lessen this phenomenon.
