Since iam new to 6max plo (been playing HU 90% of time)

What is consider High/Low VPIP?
What is consider High PFR?
What is consider High AF ?

Standard stats:
Vpip between 20-40
Pfr between 15-30
3b between 4-12
Af between 1.5-3.5

Anythinf lower or higher are on the more extreme side.

I think stats are great to build hand ranges for a specific player on a specific hand.

Im still working out the kinks, but I can definetly play a 3bet from 75/45/10 guy differently then when the 20/5/1 guy 3bets. Ace flop doesn't mean much with the first guy, but you can pretty much figure out what tight mcGee has in his hand when he does that.

Without stats or good notes, it may be tough to pin point those hands

I thought you wanted HU stats (saying 90% of your action is HU kind of implies that)? Those stats he gave are for 6m. HU you should be playing much looser than that.
