SB (tag reg, small sample) opens pot, we flat with AcTd9c3.
Flop QdJd4s
Check check
Turn Ko
Check We 4bb into 6bb
SB Raises to 18bb
We flat
River Ad
SB bets 24.xxBB with 50bb behind.
I sigh-snapped river. With our Td blocker, is jamming to fold chops preferable to flatting?

Since I think villian would do the same play with straight + flush I think raising river in order to get him of a chop is a little bit optimistic even with the Td blocker. Maybe if we had the Kd blocker?
Edit: still I dont lika a raise cuz he got so little left and will probably call you off alot lighter
Edit 2: After looking at the hand again I guess Td is a better blocker than Kd even? Im lost and will wait for others to reply

Lighter like a 5 high flush? (AT45dd checking otf then CHECKING TURN? Seems unlikely) Any lighter than a flush is a chop.
How much KJ**dd to worry about? That hand should practically always be check calling turn no?

I think raising here is probably bad, it's just too fancy even though the thought makes sense

Raising river is horrible vs most players, probably marginally bad vs a tag reg. River is actually very close to a fold. A reg isn't going to make a nonsensical bet with T9 there very often let alone checkraise turn. Cring the flush draw on the turn also won't be unheard of from anyone half decent.
